20 questions, 5 minutes. Find out which pillar you're strong in, which one is holding you back, and what to do this week to improve it.

Answer thinking about the last 4–6 weeks. There are no right or wrong answers: the more honest you are, the more useful it is.

01 Self-Leadership

Question 1 of 20I set my own improvement goals, beyond the ones the coaching staff gives me.
Question 2 of 20After a mistake, I recover quickly and focus on the next play.

02 Culture & Trust
